People and relatives told us they were provided with safe care. They knew how to raise concerns and felt staff would listen to them. There was an improved culture of learning in place, which was reflected in people’s experiences of the care provided.

One person told us “I have got no worries and could speak to staff, and they would listen.” People were encouraged to feedback on the service provided, increasing opportunities for learning to be identified and improvements to be made.
