People received consistent, person-centred care. Whilst there had been some staff turnover, positive, professional relationships had been built.

People were supported by a consistent staff team who knew them well. This helped ensure continuity of care and support. Whilst there had been some staff turnover in the last year, good rapport and professional relationships had been built. This meant staff knew people well and could be responsive to their specific needs. A family member reflected on the changes in staff since the inspection in 2023 stating, “They have changed staff members after the last report…Definitely better staff now.”
