Caring
People told us staff treated them with kindness and compassion and this was also reflected in feedback received from system partners. The importance of staff wellbeing was also recognised by the provider, who was in the process of improving facilities available for staff.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Feedback from the local authority reflected people’s positive experiences. A recent report stated, “Residents fed back that staff are caring and always ask if they can help with anything.”

Workforce wellbeing and enablement
People received safe and effective care as the provider recognised and met the wellbeing needs of staff. These included the necessary resource and facilities for safe working, such as regular breaks and rest areas.
