Overall, people and relatives were positive about their experiences receiving care and support from Harmony Home Care. Staff shared how they promoted and supported people to make their own choices and decisions. A member of staff said, “I do my best to provide person centred care, I treat all the individuals that I care for as unique because they are all unique in their own ways and I do not allow my beliefs to get in the way of my work.” The provider had equality policies in place and had a zero-tolerance approach to any kind of discrimination. Staff were supported within the workplace where reasonable adjustments were required for example when pregnant.
