People were happy that staff responded to their immediate needs. This included staff responding to call bells in a timely fashion. People and their relatives were happy that staff responded to people when they were unwell and contacted healthcare professionals for advice and support when needed.

Staff told us that they monitored people when they were unwell. They said that carers and nurses worked together to support people.

People’s care plans showed when they needed support that this was obtained from healthcare professionals.
