The provider had not received any concerns or complaints. They shared with us several compliments they had received. These included, "(The registered manager) sets the tone for the whole home where 'nothing is too much trouble' ...there is a very strong emphasis on genuine care with well organised medical support where needed." People were regularly asked to provide feedback at meetings and by an annual survey. Feedback gathered during these processes were shared with staff and actions taken to improve people’s experience.

The registered manager told us they celebrated different cultures. They commented, “At pre admission we make it clear there are people from all cultures at the home. Everything is very inclusive, and the residents have embraced differences." Staff promoted equality and diversity. All staff received training in this area.
