People told us they could please themselves what time they got up, when they went to bed and how they spent their day. Visiting relatives said there were no restrictions on visiting and they were able to come and go as they pleased. People felt able to raise any concerns. One person said they had raised an issue with the manager. They told us, "They say if there's anything you want, just tell them. I did raise something once and it was better after I had told someone."
