The overall rating for the key question of well-led remained the same. We rated well-led as good. We looked at 1 quality statement in this key question and combined this score with the scores from the previous inspection. Staff at all levels were clear about their roles and accountabilities. They identified and escalated relevant risks and issues and identified actions to reduce their impact. They had plans to cope with unexpected events. All staff were committed to continually learning and improving services. While leaders operated effective governance processes most of the time, we found governance concerns in relation to medicines management oversight. Staff understood their role and responsibilities. There were robust arrangements for the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of data, records, and data management systems.
