People and relatives had a positive experience. A relative told us, “My [relative] we were really anxious about [relative] moving into a home, but it has been the best experience ever. The transition was so smooth, and we are so pleased.”

The registered manager told us they were working closely with other professionals to ensure a co-ordinated approach was taken in relation to people’s healthcare needs.

We received positive feedback from partners. A health professional told us, “All staff know exactly what they are doing and are extremely respectful and kind. We work closely alongside the service and work together to deliver the best outcomes for people.”

The management had made good links with the local mental health team, palliative care team, social workers and community facilities to support people with access to care.
