People’s needs were assessed appropriately and their care, support and treatment reflected those needs. People were involved in decision-making conversations about their care which ensured that it was person-centred.

People were positive about the service and discussions with them confirmed they were involved in decision-making conversations about their care and support. Relatives we spoke with were complimentary about the service and the care and support their family member received. They told us support was appropriate and that staff facilitated people to be at the centre of their own care and as independent as possible.

People's needs were assessed and care provided in a way that met their needs. People were involved in their care plans and staff provided support to help people meet their goals and achievements.

Staff told us the home had improved since last inspection and gave positive feedback about working at the home.
