People's experience of the service

Updated 8 May 2024

Two weeks before our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Thirty-two comments were received and 100% of views expressed by patients were positive. During our assessment, we saw additional patient feedback collected by the practice. Their responses and additional patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included, “Fantastic service every time and staff are so friendly”, “I can always get an appointment to suit me”, “Great service and excellent dentistry” and “clear explanations and pros & cons of the treatment given”. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action was taken. In particular, improvements had been made to the premises and access in response to patient feedback. Further improvements to parking were also being considered. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
