Our view of the service
Delightful Care Limited provides step down and domiciliary care to people with complex healthcare needs. They were commissioned by Worcestershire and the Black Country to provide care to people with complex health needs living in their own homes. We carried out our on-site assessment on 29 February 2024, off site assessment activity started on 28 February 2024 and ended on 11 March 2024. We looked at 6 quality statements; Safeguarding; Safe and effective staffing; kindness, compassion and dignity; Independence, choice and control; governance, management and sustainability and capable, compassionate and inclusive leadership.
People's experience of this service
We spoke with people who used the service and their relatives by telephone. People told us they felt safe, knew staff well and felt confident to raise any concerns. People told us they were involved in planning their care and were asked for feedback regularly. They told us that staff were responsive to their needs and cared for their relatives too.
