Our view of the service
Global Homecare Limited is registered to provide personal care and support to people living in their own homes. At the time of the assessment, there were 15 people using the service. The assessment commenced on 30 April 2024 and was completed on 2 May 2024. The assessment included a visit to the service by 1 inspector on 30 April 2024. An Expert by Experience spoke with people using the service and their relatives over the phone. An Expert by Experience is a person who has personal experience of using or caring for someone who uses this type of care service.

During the assessment, we spoke with 1 person who used the service and 6 relatives. People and their relatives told us they thought the service was safe, and they received a good quality of care and support from the service.
