Well-led
We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance. The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breach we found at our inspection in November 2023.

Governance, management and sustainability
Staff and leaders told us of the systems in place to manage risks for patients, staff, equipment and the premises. At the follow-up inspection on 29 May 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation: Systems to manage risks were in place. We saw that equipment and medicines for the management of medical emergencies, were available and ready for use. All staff had received updated training on safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults. Governance processes in respect of X-ray equipment were in place; we saw all equipment had been tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidance. Equipment used for decontamination of instruments and for infection control was tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidance. Legionella management guidance was available and being followed by staff. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation.
At the inspection on 29 May 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation: We saw clear and effective governance, management and accountability arrangements. Staff understand their roles and responsibilities. Managers can account for the actions, behaviours and performance of staff.
