We were told, “I would like to say that we, myself and my family, have always received fabulous service over the last 30 years. We always manage to get an appointment, receive reminders and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is only because of the service and care I receive from (dentist) that I continue to use the practice”, and “always so welcoming, as a family we have been with (dentist) for nearly 30 years. Fabulous service and as a result our teeth are wonderful”. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. One patient said “(dentist) is an extremely competent and caring dentist. Myself and my family have been cared for by him for over 25 years”. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
