Staff were kind and considerate in their interactions with people and engaged people in decisions. People were involved in individual or group activities on site and a range of activities in the wider community throughout the day and evening, during both of our visits. We saw staff used a range of communication tools, such as pictures, photographs and Makaton to suggest activities and encourage people to make choices.
