Responsive
The provider was responsive to people’s complaints and people knew how to raise concerns if they had any. People’s views were gathered through a range of forums including residents’ meetings and surveys and the provider acted on these.

Listening to and involving people
People felt listened to. People told us they had the time and opportunity to speak with staff and each other and were involved in shaping how the service was provided. Relatives told us that they too felt listened to. One relative said “I feel heard which makes me comfortable leaving my [family member] here.” The provider had a complaints policy and people and their relatives knew how to report any concerns they had.
The provider gathered people’s views in a range of ways. These included surveys, residents’ meetings, residents’ days and keyworking. The provider acted on this information to improve people’s care and support.
The management and staff gathered feedback from people and used to gauge people’s satisfaction and in the planning of service delivery.
