Our view of the service
We carried out an assessment of Helto Support which commenced on 31 October 2024 and ended on 21 November 2024. Helto Support is a domiciliary care agency that provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our inspection there were 22 people receiving personal care. This was the first inspection of a newly registered provider. At this assessment, we looked at all key questions. We found the service was providing good quality care and support.

One person said, “[The manager] always says if I have any concerns just tell her and she will sort them out.” People and relatives told us staff were kind and caring. One relative said, “They [staff] look after [relative] like she’s their own mother.” Relative were happy with the consistency of regular carers who were able to get to know their family member well. One relative said, “We have a team of 5 carers who regularly visit [relative]. We are used to them [staff] and get on well together.”
