Our view of the service
This assessment took place between 11 February 2025 and 20 February 2025. Ladies in waiting is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care services to people in their own homes. During this assessment we looked at 5 quality statements. The service was providing regulated activity to 20 people at the time of the assessment. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. People commented positively about the quality of care they received; this was reflected in the high level of satisfaction reported by people and their families. We found the provider ensured care was person centred and there were systems in place to ensure people received their care as and when needed. Staff were appropriately trained and supported.
