Our view of the service
Elite Care Services is a domiciliary care agency and provides personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive the regulated activity of personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection 3 people were receiving support with personal care. We found safe systems in place to make sure people were protected from potential harm with sufficient staffing levels to ensure people's care and support was delivered safely. People were respected and valued as individuals, were involved in their care and asked for feedback regularly about their care.
