Our view of the service
Harbour Rise Rest Home provides care and support to older people, some of whom may be living with dementia. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing or personal care as single package under one contractual agreement. The service accommodates up to 44 people in one adapted building. On the day of the off-site assessment call, there were 43 people living at the home. Date of assessment: 26 March to 16 April 2024. We looked at 2 quality statements; Governance, management, and sustainability and Partnerships and communities. At our last inspection the service was rated outstanding. At this assessment the service remains outstanding.
People's experience of this service
People continue to benefit from an exceptionally well led service. We reviewed feedback we had received from people and their relatives and looked at recent online reviews. People fed back they were very happy when describing their experiences at the service. They praised the care delivered, range of meaningful activities, staff, management team, and environment.
