During a routine inspection
Staff were described as 'friendly' and 'caring' and people felt that they were treated with dignity and respect. Some people felt that there were not enough staff, particularly therapy staff. They enjoyed participating in activities on the ward such as singing and bingo but they complained that there was not enough to do and few opportunities to go out and to exercise.
People said they felt able to tell staff if they were unhappy about any aspect of their care and they felt that they were listened to.
