During a routine inspection

Patients told us that the staff maintained their dignity and privacy at all times when providing care. They said staff always ensured that the screens were always pulled around the beds when care and treatment were provided.

''The department has a good team of staff and they seem well organised; I can't fault the care and treatment I have received''.

One person told us that members of staff here were "approachable." Another told us "I trust the staff here; I feel I can speak to them if anything was wrong on the ward. They would listen to me and do something about it."

Another person told us "I haven't needed to complain but I wouldn't know who to complain to even if I did want to."
