During an inspection in response to concerns
The people we spoke with said the staff were very good and several told us that they had been especially supportive around healthcare issues and that people were enabled to access activities and events in the community. People said that the staff were well trained and 'knew what they were doing'. We were told that the staffing provided was usually consistent. Where there had been changes, the impact of these had been reduced by having continuity with the rest of the team.
People were aware of how to complain if they had any concerns. Where issues had been raised, we were told they had been promptly resolved. People said the staff and management were open and willing to discuss any problems.
