During a routine inspection
Patients knew why they were admitted to Clayponds Hospital and what their plan of care was. They told us they were pleased with the progress they had made since being in hospital.
Patients said they would talk to the ward managers if they had any concerns about their care. One person told us that Clayponds Hospital was not one of those places where one would be afraid to voice concerns.
Patients said they were happy with the support they received from staff. They told us they thought staff were "well trained and knew what they were doing'.
Patient's told us the ward managers did rounds to talk to them. They said they could speak to staff if they were not satisfied with the quality of the service they received.
