During an inspection in response to concerns
People said they could complain if they needed to and they would be able to report abuse if they thought it had happened. Most people said they think staff are adequately trained and that they are prompt to respond when people need help.
People said they think the home is well run and some people said that they have the opportunity to express their opinion Half of the people spoken with did not feel they had any influence on the running and management of the home.
