During a routine inspection
Examples of the comments received by people using the service are included in returned surveys 'A brilliant service, my daughter had been suffering for 2 years and she was sorted after two months of coming to clinic', 'My child would still be suffering without the clinic' One parent who, prior to coming to clinic had experienced extreme difficulty in accessing appropriate help for her child felt, 'let down by medical staff' and considered the interventions he experienced 'unsuitable for a child of his age'. This parent now successfully manages her child at home and feels the clinic nurses, 'Offered excellent advice and were extremely supportive, at last someone was listening'.
