During a routine inspection
They told us that staff were aware of the need for privacy and dignity and that confidentiality was recognised. People said that they were well informed and the majority we spoke with were aware that the surgery was due to close in the summer of 2012.
People told us that the staff communicated well and that there was information in different formats and languages to help them where needed.
People we spoke with told us that they thought the quality of service provided at the Globe Surgery was good.
