During a routine inspection

The dental patients we spoke to told us that they were happy with the service they had received. They said they had been treated with respect and that treatment had been fully explained to them. Dental staff were described as 'competent' and 'capable' and one patient said the dentist 'did a good job'. Patients said the waiting area facilities were 'fine' and that the treatment room was very clean. Pain was managed effectively and one patient said 'I didn't feel a thing'.
