During a routine inspection
We met and spoke with staff and checked records. We toured the premises and were satisfied people received safe and effective treatment in a clean environment.
Prior to the visit we contacted, with their permission, some people who had attended the practice the week preceding our visit. We sent an email questionnaire to 12 people and received six responses. People expressed high levels of satisfaction with the practice. Comments included, 'I have known my dentist for many years and trust him entirely.'
'When I have needed treatment it is always fully explained.' 'Staff in the surgery are always friendly and helpful.'
