Care Plus Devon is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care and support to people living in their own homes. The service was supporting 71 people at the time of this assessment. An off-site assessment took place between the 26 March 2024 and the 17 April 2024. We reviewed the well-led key question focusing on Governance, management and sustainability. At our last inspection, this service was rated good. Following this assessment, the service remains rated good.
