We found the provider had a robust system in place to ensure consent was sought from people before they received treatment.

The provider had robust arrangements in place to ensure medication was received, stored, prescribed, recorded and disposed of correctly.
We found the provider had undertaken suitable recruitment checks on it's employers to ensure they were suitably skilled and competent to undertake the role.
We found the provider had an effective system in place to listen and act on people's suggestions, comments and concerns.
