During a routine inspection
We saw that people were involved in making decisions about their dental treatment. One person told us, "The dentist explained things to me and what options I had."
We saw people were treated with dignity and respect. One person told us, "They always close the door."
People had treatment plans. One person told us, "I am satisfied with the dental care I receive."
We saw processes were in place to prevent and control infection. People we spoke with said they had no concerns about general cleanliness. One person told us, "It looks visibly clean to me."
We found recruitment processes were in place and staff were suitably trained and qualified for their role. One staff member told us, "I have worked here for several years and really enjoy my work with people."
