During a routine inspection
We found people were respected and involved in discussions about their care and it was evident through discussion with staff they knew people's individual needs.
Staff we spoke with were clear about their roles and their responsibilities to ensure people were safeguarded against possible abuse.
People we spoke with were happy with the care they received and they said they thought the staff met their needs well.
Staff told us they felt supported to do their work and they considered there were opportunities for their personal and professional development.
We found the directors were fully involved in the day to day running of the service and this meant there was close monitoring of the quality of the provision.
