During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us they were satisfied with the care they received. They also told us they were given the fullest information about the procedures being undertaken. We found that people's needs were assessed and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan.
We found that people were protected as sufficient equipment was available to ensure people were treated safely and effectively
People told us staff seemed competent in their job and knew what they were doing. We found that staff received an appropriate level of training and professional development.
We found that effective systems were in place to assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
