During a routine inspection
People were treated as individuals and encouraged to live as independently as possible. One person told us, "I have peace of mind living here. The staff will support me if I need it".
We saw people were treated with dignity and respect by staff. One person told us, "The staff are very nice and friendly. You can have a joke with them".
Staff had received training in the protection of vulnerable adults and knew how to keep them safe.
Staff were well supported in their roles. One member of staff told us, "We work in an open and honest environment".
The provider had arrangements in place to listen to people's complaints and comments.
