During a routine inspection
Staff had received safeguarding children training and had a plan in place to access adult safeguarding training. Medicines were stored correctly and monitored and administered by suitably qualified staff. The provider had systems in place for monitoring the quality of the service provided to its patients. The PPG (Patient Participation Group) carried out the yearly patient satisfaction survey and we saw evidence that actions had been implemented as a result of what patients had said.
We saw three recent positive comments from people who used the service. "Thank you for your kindness and patience, it was a big help in coming to a decision together". "Sincere thanks and appreciation for the care and kindness shown to my wife". "Everyone has been most kind, the reception staff could not have been more helpful"
