Effective
The practice had systems and processes to keep clinicians up to date with current evidence-based practice. We found that patients’ immediate and ongoing needs were assessed to ensure effective care was delivered.

Delivering evidence-based care and treatment
The evidence we reviewed did not show any concerns about people’s experience regarding patient's health, care and well being.
Staff we spoke with were knowledgeable about guidance updates and were aware of systems in place to ensure prescribing and treatment offered was in line with national guidance.
We saw effective processes in place to ensure patients received care and treatment in line with good practice standards. When reviewing the clinical system, we saw records of evidence-based treatment being offered and a system for receiving and cascading the safety alerts between staff.
