During a routine inspection
Before people received treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. The treatments were delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People were protected against the risks associated with medicines because they were provided with information regarding their medicines.
We found that there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs and the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
