During a routine inspection

We found that THMG Northampton Clinic staff ensured that people had information to make informed consent to procedures. We saw that people had been assessed for their treatment and there were measures in place to provide care in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. We found that people received information about fees and people's records were stored securely.
