During a routine inspection
People told us, 'Care was 100%, I feel safe, and the staff look after me, do the right thing and put me at ease.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. One person told us, 'The environment is clean, the staff are always tidying up. Every time the staff take you off a machine they wear gloves and aprons.
Staff told us they were well trained to undertake the care and treatment of people in a skilled and competent manner.
People were supported by staff who were suitable and qualified. Staff received training to carry out their job role and were trained to use all the equipment within the unit. One person told us, 'Staff are well trained, how they put you on and take you off the machine. They are all excellent.'
