During a routine inspection
We visited two people in their homes and asked them what they thought of the care they received; one person said, 'It's very good; I can't complain. They always come and I am very happy with them.' One person's relatives told us, 'They are a really good service, very reliable.'
We asked one person if they knew who helped them with their medication and they told us, 'I know my carer will help me take my tablets as I know I will forget. They sort out getting the medicines from the chemist and helping me take them.'
The care workers we spoke with said they felt well supported in their work and were clear about their responsibilities and the aims and objectives of the service they provided.
