During a routine inspection
Everyone we spoke with was positive about the service they received. One person told us, 'It's a really good, efficient quick and nice service', and another person said the nurse practitioner had been 'very understanding and friendly'.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
People's health, safety and welfare was protected when more than one provider was involved in their care and treatment, or when they moved between different services. This was because the provider worked in co-operation with others.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of harm because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent it from happening.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
