During a routine inspection
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. We saw people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance was available and had been followed. We also saw staff had received training in this subject. People told us they thought the practice was always clean and well maintained.
Staff received appropriate professional development. We saw they had accessed various training so they could meet people's needs and maintain their qualifications.
The practice had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received. People we spoke with told us they had been asked to give feedback in the form of questionnaires and discussions.
