During a routine inspection
People who use the service told us they were happy and satisfied with the care and support being provided. They also told us staff supported them as they wished to be supported and respected their privacy and protected their dignity.
We looked at people's care records. We found that records were accurate and up to date. We also saw that the service included people in decision making throughout their care.
Staff told us they were well trained and felt confident to do their work. They also said they were well supported in their work and were provided with the information they needed to do their jobs.
We saw that the service had begun to review the satisfaction of people using the service. However the quality auditing systems needed further development to ensure that the service continually met requirements and ensured people's health and welfare needs were met.
