During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. One person said, 'I was seen very quickly which I was pleased with as I was in pain." Another person said, "I was very happy with the way I was treated. I'd give them 10/10."
Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. We found people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. There was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
