During a routine inspection

We found that people had appropriate assessment of their care and support needs and had agreed to their plan of support or treatment. Care was provided according to people's assessed needs, and the service responded well to people's changing needs and requests for support. Safe and effective care was promoted by professional development and support for clinical staff. Staff told us they worked across clinical networks to promote the implementation of research based practice.

The provider gave people clear information about how to contact the service if they needed to make any comment or complaint. We saw that the provider sought the views of service users and the public to improve services. There were effective audit systems to monitor and improve the quality and safety of service provision.
