During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person using the service and they said they felt supported by the service and their key worker. They told us 'my key worker listens to me and if I have any worries they help me feel better.' We also saw records of people's feedback and comments. These included 'my key worker made me feel like I was worth something in life and that there was more out there.' We saw people were invited to give feed back and made comments on the partnership and a book was kept in the reception area for this purpose. We saw some people had made comments about waiting times and noted each had a written management response so people knew their concerns and comments had been acknowledged and acted upon if appropriate.
We saw that people were involved with their own care plan and staff were aware of people's individual needs and preferences. Risk assessments and care plans were regularly reviewed. Staff had attended relevant training and were supported to provide care and treatment to people who use the service.
