During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were happy with the dental treatment they had received. One person said "I have never had a problem with them and I have confidence in the staff".
The staff we spoke with felt they were given enough support from their manager and could go to them with any questions or problems.
There was a clear process for cleaning and decontamination of treatment areas and equipment. A person using the service said "I have no problems with the cleaning, its excellent and better than dentists I have been to in the past".
People understood how to make a complaint and one person said "I have never had to think about complaining".
Staff commented that they felt they had enough training. A member of staff said "You are really encouraged to develop your skills". One person said "There is a good team here and all willing to help each other".
