During a routine inspection
The service was managed and organised efficiently. The provider was knowledgable about people's individual needs and preferences. Staff received the training and support they required. People who used the service had their individual needs and preferences at the focus of service provision. Risk was assessed and management plans put in place.
Care and support was provided by a consistent staff group. This meant that the person who used the service always knew the staff member and the staff member knew how to meet people's needs and in the way they preferred.
